What to expect.
- Early days, and it shows
- There’s no playbook sitting on a shelf here — we’re writing it as we go, occasionally in the wrong order. Expect open questions, unfinished edges, and the odd afternoon spent debating how a ledger ought to behave.
- Close to the people using it
- Controllers, asset managers, and operators tell us what’s broken, usually in vivid detail. The work comes from those conversations rather than from a slide, which keeps it concrete and, now and then, humbling.
- We sweat the arithmetic
- It’s financial software, so the numbers have to be right. We move quickly on the parts you can see and slowly on the parts holding the money, and we’re cheerfully pedantic about which is which.
